The College of Management has a team of experienced teaching staff with high academic standards, professional titles and academic qualifications with reasonable age structure. Teachers generally have rich work experience in corporate. It established a logistics simulation business sand table laboratory, electronic commerce synthesis laboratory, ERP enterprise management simulation laboratory, marketing integrated laboratory, intelligent storage laboratory, ARE simulation laboratory, production logistics laboratory, supply chain and production logistics Lab, Jingdong Lab and other business management training centers. Integrated with advanced technology and advanced management experience in the practical training process, the College realize the seamless connection between students' mastery of skills and enterprise work- shop skills.
Attached to the College of Management are majors regarding tourism management. The College has also built training centers for aviation services, hotel management, tourism management, as well as tourism resource development and utilization research centers, and more than 40 off-campus training bases in the seven training centers of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, and Chengdu to provide students with services at airports, hotels, travel agencies, scenic spots. The College has introduced corporate executives and technical personnel to participate in teaching, merging the relevant professional qualifications into the teaching process, thus comprehensively improving the students' professional skills. After the combination of engineering and practice graduates, enterprises will be exempt from the probation period after employment, and the graduate employment rate remains above 98% for many years.
