四川工业科技学院2026年国际语言进修生招生简章


为深化国际交流合作,加速推进学校国际化办学步伐,规范开展国际学生语言进修教育工作,根据中国教育部、国家移民管理局等相关部门的规定,我校现面向全球招收国际语言进修生。


一、班级及课程设置

基础汉语班:面向零基础/初级学习者,系统教授拼音、基础词汇、语法、日常会话,达到简单交流水平。

此外,我校还开设有传统文化、历史、艺术、民俗等课程,结合文化体验、实践活动,深度了解中国文化。


二、招生对象及条件

(一)非中国籍公民;年龄18—30周岁(特殊情况经批准可适当放宽);符合《中华人民共和国国籍法》,满足《教育部关于规范我高等学校接收国际学生有关工作的通知》(教外函〔2020〕12号)和其他法律法规的相关规定,父母均为非中国籍公民。

    (二)具有国家承认的高中毕业学历或其他同等学历,入学前须取得国家承认的相应毕业证书。

(三)身体健康,对华友好,勤奋好学,品行端正,遵纪守法,无违反校规校纪行为的记录,无犯罪记录。

(四)遵守中国法律及学校规章制度,尊重中国风俗习惯。


三、学制与学习时间

(一)学制:3个月。

(二)入学时间:春季学期3月;秋季学期9月。

支持插班学习,具体时间和要求以学校通知为准。


四、申请材料

(一)《四川工业科技学院国际语言进修生申请表》(中英文版,官网下载)。

(二)护照有效期≥6个月的首页扫描件。

(三)近期白底免冠电子照片+纸质照片(35mm×45mm,3张)。

(四)最高学历证明(中英文公证件)。

(五)无犯罪记录证明(有效期6个月内,中英文公证件)。

(六)健康证明(中国驻外使领馆认可医院出具,含传染病筛查)。

(七)个人简历(教育/工作经历、学习计划)。

(八)汉语水平证明(HSK证书或学习证明,如有则提供)。

说明:所有非中文材料须附正规中文翻译件,必要时需公证。


五、申请流程

(一)网上报名:春季1月1日—2月28日;秋季7月1日—8月31日。

(二)材料审核:学校审核材料真实性、完整性。

(三)入学测试:线上汉语水平测试,用于分班;零基础免测试。

(四)发放录取文件:审核通过后发放《录取通知书》《短期来华留学生信息表(DQ表)》或《外国留学人员来华确认表(JW202表)》。

(五)办理签证:持上述文件到中国驻外使领馆办理X2签证(短期进修)。

(六)报到入学:按通知书要求到校报到,办理报名、缴费、住宿登记、体检等手续。


六、收费标准

(一)申请费:200元/人(不予退还)。

(二)学费:短期4000元/人。

(三)住宿费标准为500元/人。公寓配备空调、热水、洗衣机、微波炉等基础生活设备,其中部分设备的使用需另行付费。

(四)其他:入境中国后产生的保险费、体检费、签证/居留许可办理费等,以实际产生的金额自理。

(五)退费规则:开学前退学退学费80%;开学1个月内退学退学费50%;开学超过1个月不予退费。因违纪被开除所有费用不退。


七、教学与管理

(一)师资:中英文双语授课。

(二)资源:免费使用图书馆、体育馆、教室等设施。

(三)考勤:严格考勤,旷课达到相关规定将取消结业资格。

(四)结业:完成学习、考核合格,颁发进修结业证书。

(五)纪律:严禁非法就业、逾期居留、违规聚集、违反校园管理规定。


八、在华合规须知

(一)入境后24小时内必须办理住宿登记。

(二)必须购买来华留学生保险。

(三)遵守签证规定,不得从事与学习无关活动。

(四)遵守中国法律及学校管理规定,违者依法依规处理。


九、服务保障

(一)入学指导、签证咨询、在华生活协助。

2026 Admission Brochure for International Language Students

Sichuan Institute of Industrial Technology (SCIT)


To enhance international exchange and cooperation, advance the university’s global development, and deliver standardized, student-centered language training, SCIT warmly welcomes international language students from around the world. All recruitment complies with official regulations of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (MOE), the National Immigration Administration of the People’s Republic of China (NIA) and other competent authorities.


Ⅰ. Programs & Courses

Basic Chinese Program

Designed for absolute beginners and elementary learners, we systematically teach Chinese pinyin, essential vocabulary, practical grammar and daily conversation to help you communicate confidently in simple Chinese.

We also offer courses on traditional Chinese culture, history, art and folk customs, paired with cultural experiences and hands-on activities for a deep, authentic understanding of China.


Ⅱ. Admission Requirements

1. Non-Chinese citizens aged 18–30 (age may be moderately extended with official approval in special cases). Applicants must abide by the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Notice on Regulating the Admission of International Students by Higher Education Institutions (Jiao Wai Han [2020] No.12) and other applicable laws and rules. Both parents must be non-Chinese citizens.

2. Hold a senior high school diploma or equivalent academic qualification officially recognized in China; valid graduation certificate must be obtained prior to enrollment.

3. Be in good physical and mental health, friendly to China, academically motivated, well-disciplined and law-abiding, with no criminal record or history of violating school rules.

4. Abide by Chinese laws and school regulations, and respect Chinese customs and traditions.


Ⅲ. Program Duration & Intake

1. Program length: 3 months.

2. Intake semesters: Spring (March), Autumn (September).

Late enrollment is permitted; exact schedule and requirements will be announced by the university.


Ⅳ. Required Application Documents

1. SCIT Application Form for International Language Students (Chinese/English, downloadable from our official website).

2. Scanned copy of passport information page (valid for at least 6 months).

3. Recent passport photos: digital file + 3 printed copies (35mm×45mm, white background).

4. Highest academic certificate (notarized Chinese/English translation).

5. Non-criminal record certificate (issued within 6 months, notarized Chinese/English translation).

6. Health certificate (issued by a hospital recognized by Chinese embassies/consulates, including infectious disease screening).

7. Personal statement (including education/employment history and study plan).

8. Chinese proficiency certification (HSK certificate or proof of Chinese study, if available).

Note: All documents not in Chinese must be accompanied by official Chinese translations and may require notarization.


Ⅴ. Application Process

1. Online application: Spring (Jan 1 – Feb 28); Autumn (Jul 1 – Aug  31).

2. Document review: The university carefully verifies authenticity and completeness.

3. Placement test: Online Chinese proficiency test for class placement; beginners are exempt.

4. Admission documents: Issued after successful review – including Admission Notice, Short-Term International Student Information Form (DQ Form) or Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202 Form).

5. Visa application: Apply for X2 student visa (short-term study) at a Chinese embassy or consulate.

6. Registration: Complete enrollment, tuition payment, accommodation registration, medical check and other formalities as instructed.


Ⅵ. Tuition & Fees

1. Application fee: 200 CNY (non-refundable).

2. Tuition: 4,000 CNY (short-term program).

3. Accommodation fee: 500 CNY. Dormitories are furnished with air conditioning, hot water, washing machine, microwave and other daily facilities; some shared appliances require extra payment.

4. Other costs: International student insurance, physical examination, visa/residence permit fees and personal expenses are self-funded.

5. Refund Policy:

1) 80% tuition refund if withdrawing before the semester begins.

2) 50% tuition refund if withdrawing within one month of the start date.

3) No refund after one month of classes.

4) No fees will be refunded for dismissal due to disciplinary violations.


Ⅶ. Teaching & Student Management

1. Instruction: Professional Chinese-English bilingual teaching.

2. Facilities: Free access to library, gym, classrooms and other campus resources.

3. Attendance: Strict attendance policy; excessive unexcused absence will result in loss of completion certificate.

4. Completion: Certificate of Completion awarded to students who fulfill coursework and pass assessments.

5. Rules: Illegal employment, visa overstay, unauthorized gatherings and violations of campus regulations are strictly prohibited.


Ⅷ. Important Guidelines for Living in China

1. Complete accommodation registration within 24 hours after entering China.

2. Purchase mandatory international student insurance for studying in China.

3. Abide by visa regulations and do not engage in activities unrelated to study.

4. Observe Chinese laws and school regulations; violators will be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations.

1. Pre-arrival guidance, visa consultation and daily life support.

2. Cultural events, student clubs and immersive language practice.

3. Academic tutoring, welfare care and emergency assistance.
